  • Implemented a new feature to skip LMT writes for SAME_PHONE_NEAR_TIE decisions.
  • Applied CRM high-terminal picks for Sajith and Annadurai, while skipping other decisions.
  • Completed 26 Move-to-Inventory leads identified by CRM.

  • Developed a new Excel vs LMT status compare workbook with 6 columns.
  • Refreshed the Excel↔LMT compare after tie resolutions and open-item settlements.
  • Re-ran the Excel vs LMT compare after open-item settlements.
  • Applied open-items v2 high-confidence notes matches and suggested resolutions for ambiguous matches.
  • Added WEAK/UNRESOLVED ambiguous-match analysis and fixed the playbook.
