Today's work focused on refining the Lead Management Tool's data comparison and analysis capabilities, resolving open items, and updating the system with new leads.

  • A new Excel workbook was added to compare the status of leads across both Excel and LMT, featuring a 6-column layout for easy comparison.
  • The comparison was refreshed after resolving ties and re-running the analysis after open-item settlements.
  • Open-item ties were resolved by keeping the first note and dropping the second, and high-confidence matches were applied to open items.
  • Ambiguous matches were suggested for open items, and resolutions were applied to these matches.
  • A new feature was added to analyze and fix ambiguous-match analysis and playbook for weak and unresolved matches.
  • *Lead Management and Updates**
  • 14 new active leads were inserted into LMT, with 5 held for CRM review.
  • SAME_PHONE_NEAR_TIE SKIP decisions were recorded, and CRM high-terminal picks were applied to select leads.
  • TRUE_LMT_DUPLICATE pairs were resolved by a team of Divesh, Rajesh, and Jamuna.
  • 26 leads identified by CRM were moved to inventory.

  • A post-migration Excel vs LMT QA compare was added to ensure data consistency after system updates.
