Today's work focused on refining the Lead Management Tool's features, dashboard, and performance.

  • *Vertical Breakdown and Performance Review Enhancements:**
  • The Vertical Breakdown now respects period filters and displays long vertical names on two lines, improving readability.
  • The Last Activity Date is now shown within filtered periods in Performance Reviews.
  • The Vertical Breakdown table has been compacted, and the Last Updated column has been added for easier tracking.
  • *Inbox and Lead Management Improvements:**
  • The Inbox search now correctly filters legacy notifications by LL- lead code.
  • The Preview column has been removed from the Inbox table to declutter the interface.
  • Lead Management cards now display LL- lead codes in Inbox and TAT breach stages in drill-down views.
  • *TAT Breach and Escalation Fixes:**
  • TAT breach data has been reconciled with canonical completion-aware logic to ensure accurate reporting.
  • The Leads Carried Forward counting now correctly excludes background writes as activity.
  • TAT breach escalations have been backfilled since 1 Jul 2026 to VH and Lionel.
  • *Miscellaneous Enhancements:**
  • The Sales Conversion feature has been renamed to Vertical Servicing in the navigation and UI.
  • Icons have been removed from Sales Conversion summary cards and Lead Management stat cards.
  • A zip bundle of must-share LMT QA CSV reports has been added for easier reference.
