Today's work focused on enhancing the Lead Management Tool's workflow, user interface, and lead assignment features.
- *Sourcing Assist Workflow:**
- A new sourcing assist workflow has been added, which includes a requests queue and a standalone field-visit inventory.
- The workflow now supports milestone sourcing assist for B2B-1 M2 and RR M3 without lead reassignment.
- *Lead Assignment and Routing:**
- B2B-1 has been assigned to Chandramouli, and dual B2B-2 VH routing has been implemented.
- The lead assignment for B2B-1 VH has been reassigned from Tamil to Naveen, and then from Naveen to Sakthi Prabu.
- Naveen has been assigned to B2B-2C.
- *Workflow and Lead Management:**
- A six-milestone workflow has been added for B2B-1 from the commercial flow diagram.
