Today's work focused on enhancing lead management functionality, improving user interface, and refining the system's heading.

The system now allows CRM heads to drop leads they own, and the lead ownership is correctly displayed for returned leads.
Leads can be edited securely with a single-owner edit-lock, and a request reassignment feature has been implemented as an escape hatch.
Users can return leads to Vertical Heads from assigned Vertical Executives.

A non-functional button has been removed from the lead detail page to improve user experience.
The system heading has been updated to reflect the lead qualification process.
