Today's work focused on refining the Lead Management Tool's dashboard and improving user experience.
- *Dashboard Enhancements:**
- The dashboard now displays dropped and disqualified lead statuses in separate cards, making it easier for users to track these leads.
- The "Dropped" status is now shown as a distinct card on the admin dashboard, providing a clear overview of dropped leads.
- A new card has been added to show leads that are requested to be dropped, giving users visibility into potential future changes.
- The sales closed TAT card has been removed from the sourcing head dashboard, simplifying the interface.
- *Lead Tracking Improvements:**
- The Sourcing team's role in lead tracking has been clarified, enhancing the overall understanding of the lead management process.
- Lead tracking has been improved by validating URLs when saving and opening map links, reducing errors and improving user experience.
- *Feature Deactivations:**
- The new sourcing request feature has been disabled, and documentation has been updated to reflect this change.
